高層對話|愛陽動力何志強:氫光儲系統新需求會在三五年內爆發

當何志強走進潮電智庫主辦的““2024年全球光儲能源暨微逆&微儲全場景應用峰會”現場時,很多行業的朋友打招呼都稱以“老何”。

 

作為深圳愛陽動力有限公司創始人,首席產品經理,何志強擁有在比亞迪工作10年以上,近20年BMS及新能源系統經驗積累,對微電子/高壓/儲能系統等均有著深入研究,確實是新能源行業不折不扣的老兵。

 

 

即便如此,在峰會舉辦期間,何志強仍然認真的傾聽著每位嘉賓的演講內容,并仔細的做起了筆記。在他看來,只有永遠保持一顆謙遜學習的心,才能做到知己知彼,審時度勢,持續提升公司競爭力。

 

日前,潮電智庫專訪了何志強先生。對于全球戶儲市場發展趨勢,他有著非常專業且通透的認知,也是愛陽動力業績連年增長的引領者。

 

01潮電智庫:氫光儲系統是目前行業的熱門話題之一,愛陽動力也進行了相關的技術與產品部署。請問切入這一新賽道,公司是基于怎樣的戰略考量?

 

何志強:“氫+光+儲”三者結合,可以說是一個相當完美的結合。目前我們長期代工的合作客戶中,很多在做這方面的嘗試,其中有些直接下了生產訂單。

 

從技術路徑來看,氫燃料電池一定是未來,但是因為技術及成本的原因,實現大規模普及還有比較長的時間,但是和光伏結合一起發電是比較好的方案選擇,二者是比較理想的綠色能源。另外無論氫燃料還是光伏發電,都需要鋰電池做儲能,去平衡整個能源穩定的問題。

 

因此未來三五年內,在綠色能源經濟理念的驅動下,有充分的理由看好氫光儲市場需求爆發。

 

02潮電智庫:作為儲能系統的核心部件,在節本控制與效率提升方面,您覺得電池行業的創新方向有哪些?

 

何志強:儲能系統主要是兩塊構成,一塊是電芯,一塊是電力電子。

 

電芯大家可能討論最多的就是固態電池和鈉電池,固態電池也是大家都要持續關注其發展情況的,什么時候可以成熟規模化量產,是一個非常期待的事,但是肯定短期還很難。另外鈉電池其實是很適合儲能行業的,但是成本和成熟也還需要時間,也要持續關注。

 

另外電力電子技術的發展,可能要高度關注SiC的技術成熟和成本降低。如果SiC大規模成功應用,不僅使成本大幅降低,還能提升整個系統的效率、散熱的問題,而且體積可能都會改變,甚至影響到新能源行業的格局。

 

03潮電智庫:從更長的時間維度來看,全球戶儲行業必然是長期利好的風口賽道,但這幾年因為產品供需失調及競爭加劇的原因出現了波動調整。在這樣的市場環境下,愛陽動力保持連續穩定增長的秘訣是什么?

 

何志強:儲能行業的確發展很快,也高度內卷。我們要做的是既要把眼前的技術和產品扎實落地,又要抬頭關注行業趨勢和未來的方向。

 

對于愛陽動力來說,可能更多的是順應市場需求,集中優勢把產品做精做好,保證持續迭代和競爭力提升,至少能夠滿足客戶未來一兩年的應用需求。飯要一口口的吃,路要一步步的走,我們在產品端至少要有超前行業一年的領先能力,同時必須做好產品研發的技術儲備。

 

 

在具體的經營策略方面,愛陽動力已經有很成熟的家庭儲能和工商業儲能領域。我們會將80%的精力放在成熟產品的微創新和升級迭代,20%精力放在家庭儲能和工商業儲能細分領域的產品和技術創新研究。

 

04潮電智庫:在產品同質化嚴重的市場上,“差異化競爭”已經成為戶儲行業的年度熱門詞。請問在這一方面,愛陽動力做了哪些具體布局?

 

何志強:首先得說,愛陽動力特別重視產品及研發創新,這是公司不斷向前的源動力。

 

全身心投入在這個行業這么多年,我們總是能提前感覺到差異化的需求和未來的方向,我想每一位身臨其境的踐行者都會有這樣的體會。

 

愛陽動力的經營價值觀里有一條就是“持續創造有競爭力的產品”。有競爭力的產品,才能有核心競爭力的公司。

 

在家庭儲能領域,新的一年的主題是降本,從產業鏈每個環節、技術模塊、工藝流程、材料等各環節去盡量做到極致,對于越來越卷的市場我們依然有信心。

 

 

工商業儲能方面,我們針對海外市場研發的幾款產品,比如光儲柴微網一體柜,光儲充直流耦合一體柜都非常受歡迎。這個領域的創新、優化、迭代的空間機會還非常多,完全可以通過差異化創造出更高的性價比。圍繞這一思路,后續大家可以看到我們很多新產品會推出。

 

05潮電智庫:根據我們了解,愛陽動力的戶儲產品在亞非拉的銷售情況非常可觀,請問對于北美家庭儲能市場有怎樣的戰略規劃?

 

何志強:愛陽動力的產品都是針對海外市場需求研發,主要是ODM/OEM為主。為了更好的配合國內外的渠道、貿易、品牌客戶,我們的產品也做了很多的認證,例如歐洲的IEC,美國的UL,以及亞非拉地區,一帶一路沿線國家高性價比產品及相關官方認證。

 

在北美市場,我們主要還是配合貿易客戶去做,而且也推出一些特別好的產品,有離網一體機的產品(單相120Vac),有混網一體機的產品(裂相120Vac/240Vac),其中我們的3KW/5KWh的美標單相低壓系列、6KW/10KWh和12KW/15KWh美標裂相系列都非常暢銷,也得到了客戶的高度肯定。

 

 

06潮電智庫:2025年已經開啟,愛陽動力有哪些讓我們期待的新規劃?

 

何志強:2025年愛陽動力會有非常多的新品出來。一些是原有產品線的升級迭代,一些是研發的全新產品。

 

家庭儲能領域,我們會把一體機產品進行到底,各容量段,各功率段都會升級,歐標系列和美標系列都會迭代升級,做到極致性價比和高可靠。

 

 

工商業儲能領域,我們會升級光儲充的全系列產品,會有很多新的技術融合,風冷和液冷結合,低壓和高壓結合,直流耦合和交流耦合結合等等。另外光儲充系列產品也會把全液冷全直流做全面升級迭代。

 

在公司的年度規劃會議上,我們已經明確決定,新的一年里將圍繞市場需求變化,聚焦核心業務,加大研發投入,招募精英人才,提升產品競爭力,進一步拓展國內外市場。

 

High-level Dialogue | He Zhiqiang of iYPOWER: The New Demand for Hydrogen-Photovoltaic-Energy Storage System Will Explode in Three to Five Years


The global household energy storage is booming, and a number of Chinese enterprises represented by iYPOWER are rising strongly.

 

When He Zhiqiang entered the venue of the "2024 Global Optical Storage Energy and Micro-Reverse & Micro-Storage Full Scene Application Summit" hosted by Chaodian Think Tank, many friends in the industry greeted him as "Lao He".

 

As the founder and chief product manager of SHENZHEN iYPOWER CO.,LTD., He Zhiqiang has worked in BYD for more than 10 years and has accumulated nearly 20 years of experience in BMS and new energy systems. He has in-depth research on microelectronics, high voltage, energy storage systems, etc., and is indeed an out-and-out veteran in the new energy industry.

 

Even so, during the summit, He Zhiqiang still listened carefully to the speeches of each guest and took careful notes. In his opinion, only by always maintaining a humble learning heart can we know ourselves and our opponents, judge the situation and continuously enhance the competitiveness of the company.

 

Recently, Chaodian Think Tank interviewed Mr. He Zhiqiang. He has a very professional and thorough understanding of the development trend of the global household energy storage market and is also the leader of the continuous growth of iYPOWER's performance.

 

01 Chaodian Think Tank: The hydrogen-photovoltaic-energy storage system is one of the hot topics in the current industry, and iYPOWER has also carried out relevant technical and product deployments. What are the company's strategic considerations for entering this new track?

 

He Zhiqiang: The combination of "hydrogen + photovoltaic + energy storage" can be said to be a rather perfect combination. Among our long-term OEM cooperation customers, many are making attempts in this regard, and some of them have directly placed production orders.

 

From the technical path, hydrogen fuel cells must be the future, but due to technical and cost reasons, it will take a relatively long time to achieve large-scale popularization. However, combining with photovoltaic to generate electricity is a better option, and the two are relatively ideal green energy sources. In addition, whether it is hydrogen fuel or photovoltaic power generation, lithium batteries are needed for energy storage to balance the stability of the entire energy.

 

Therefore, in the next three to five years, driven by the concept of green energy economy, there are sufficient reasons to be optimistic about the explosion of hydrogen-photovoltaic-energy storage market demand.

 

02 Chaodian Think Tank: As the core component of the energy storage system, what do you think are the innovation directions of the battery industry in terms of cost control and efficiency improvement?

 

He Zhiqiang: The energy storage system mainly consists of two parts, one is the cell and the other is the power electronics.

 

The most discussed cells may be solid-state batteries and sodium batteries. For solid-state batteries, everyone needs to continuously pay attention to their development. When they can be mass-produced on a mature scale is a very expected thing, but it is definitely difficult in the short term. In addition, sodium batteries are actually very suitable for the energy storage industry, but the cost and maturity also need time and continuous attention.

 

In addition, for the development of power electronics technology, we may need to pay high attention to the technical maturity and cost reduction of SiC. If SiC is successfully applied on a large scale, it will not only significantly reduce the cost, but also improve the efficiency and heat dissipation of the entire system, and the volume may also change, and even affect the pattern of the new energy industry.

 

03 Chaodian Think Tank: From a longer time dimension, the global household energy storage industry is bound to be a long-term favorable tuyere track, but in recent years, there have been fluctuations and adjustments due to the imbalance between product supply and demand and the intensification of competition. What is the secret of iYPOWER's continuous and stable growth in such a market environment?

 

He Zhiqiang: The energy storage industry is indeed developing very fast and is also highly involuted. What we need to do is not only to solidly implement the current technology and products, but also to look up and pay attention to the industry trend and future direction.

 

For iYPOWER, it may be more about conforming to the market demand, concentrating advantages to make products refined and excellent, ensuring continuous iteration and competitiveness improvement, and at least meeting the application needs of customers in the next one or two years. We should take one bite at a time and walk step by step. We should at least have the leading ability to be one year ahead of the industry at the product end, and at the same time, we must do a good job in the technical reserve of product research and development.

 

In terms of specific business strategies, iYPOWER already has very mature fields of household energy storage and industrial and commercial energy storage. We will spend 80% of our energy on micro-innovation and upgrading iteration of mature products, and 20% of our energy on product and technical innovation research in the subdivided fields of household energy storage and industrial and commercial energy storage.

 

04 Chaodian Think Tank: In the market with serious product homogeneity, "differentiated competition" has become the annual hot word in the household energy storage industry. What specific layouts has iYPOWER made in this regard?

 

He Zhiqiang: First of all, it must be said that iYPOWER attaches great importance to product and R & D innovation, which is the source power for the company to move forward continuously.

 

After devoting ourselves to this industry for so many years, we can always feel the demand for differentiation and the future direction in advance. I think every practitioner on the scene will have such an experience.

 

One of the business values of iYPOWER is "continuously creating competitive products". only with competitive products can there be a company with core competitiveness.

 

In the field of household energy storage, the theme of the new year is cost reduction. We will try our best to achieve the ultimate in every link of the industrial chain, technical modules, process flow, materials and other links. We still have confidence in the increasingly involuted market.

 

In the aspect of industrial and commercial energy storage, several products we have developed for the overseas market, such as the optical storage-diesel microgrid integrated cabinet and the optical storage-charging DC-coupled integrated cabinet, are very popular. There are still many opportunities for innovation, optimization and iteration in this field, and it is completely possible to create higher cost performance through differentiation. Around this idea, you can see that we will launch many new products in the future.

 

05 Chaodian Think Tank: According to our understanding, the sales situation of iYPOWER's household energy storage products in Asia, Africa and Latin America is very considerable. What is the strategic plan for the North American household energy storage market?

 

He Zhiqiang:iYPOWER's products are all developed for the needs of the overseas market, mainly ODM/OEM. In order to better cooperate with domestic and foreign channels, trade and brand customers, our products have also obtained a lot of certifications, such as IEC in Europe, UL in the United States, and high-cost-effective products and related official certifications in Asia, Africa and Latin America and countries along the Belt and Road.

 

In the North American market, we mainly cooperate with trading customers and also launch some particularly good products, such as off-grid all-in-one products (single-phase 120Vac) and hybrid network all-in-one products (split-phase 120Vac/240Vac). Among them, our 3KW/5KWh American standard single-phase low-voltage series, 6KW/10KWh and 12KW/15KWh American standard split-phase series are very popular and have also been highly recognized by customers.

 

06 Chaodian Think Tank: 2025 has begun. What new plans does iYPOWER have that we can look forward to?

 

He Zhiqiang: iYPOWER will have a large number of new products in 2025. Some are the upgrading and iteration of the original product lines, and some are completely new products developed.

 

In the field of household energy storage, we will continue to develop all-in-one products. All capacity segments and power segments will be upgraded, and the European standard series and American standard series will be iteratively upgraded to achieve the ultimate cost performance and high reliability.

 

In the field of industrial and commercial energy storage, we will upgrade the entire series of optical storage-charging products, and there will be a lot of new technology integration, such as the combination of air cooling and liquid cooling, the combination of low voltage and high voltage, the combination of DC coupling and AC coupling, and so on. In addition, the optical storage-charging series products will also be fully upgraded and iterated with full liquid cooling and full DC.

 

At the company's annual planning meeting, we have clearly decided that in the new year, we will focus on the changes in market demand, focus on the core business, increase R & D investment, recruit elite talents, enhance product competitiveness and further expand the domestic and foreign markets.
